A History of Innovation
Founded in 1980 as CAPSCO Software Canada Ltd. and renamed SOLCORP in 1994, the company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of EDS, the world's global leader in information technology in 1997.
In 2001, EDS SOLCORP acquired a Rotterdam-based software company placing EDS SOLCORP first in class in the provision of innovative software and solutions for the insurance and wealth accumulation industries. That same year EDS SOLCORP introduced SOLCORP / ProductXpress™, a fully integrated software suite that assists financial organizations to accelerate their introduction of new financial products.
Today, EDS SOLCORP provides superior software solutions to many of the world's largest international insurance and bancassurance organizations. To these industry leaders, the EDS SOLCORP name represents industry knowledge, flexibility to meet changing customer needs, and access to resources they need to flourish worldwide.
